Beverley, so many to comment on individually which I try to do, so I watched the slide show and loved every minute of it. They are beautiful Doodles and my favorite was the family picture. How do you manage all of them? Thanks for sharing!
I read your article on grooming a goldendoodle and really enjoyed it. I have an F1B doodle (cross-back with a retriever). Because she is crossed back with a retriever, she has more of the wavy hair than poodle hair. She looks similar to your dog Harley, http://www.goldendoodles.com/Resource/groomingdoods.htm. My question is that when grooming the body, I have trouble trimming some of her straight hair. Should I groom the body in all directions with the clippers? I have read to not go against the grain, but this seems like the only way to "pick up" that hair so that the clippers will cut it. Any ideas? I am using a size 30 with 1 inch comb.
