Hey, Laurie...Bruce and Ginger here...Got a question for you....I love your receipes that you put on facebook...for Halloween, I tried to make those sugar cookie fingers that you posted (unfortunately, every time I go to facebook now, my internet explorer crashes...got a bug, I think...) Anyway...the picture looked SO GOOD I had to try them. I did this morning for some friends who are coming over this evening...BUT....all my fingers spread out like regular cookies rather than stay round. I got better with each batch, but had to do some serious work to keep them even half round. How did you do that ? How do you keep the fingers round during the baking ? OH, and by the way, I used cinnimon rather than choc to accent the knuckles...and, I put some red food coloring at the stump to make it look bloody where the fingers were cut off.
(as a reply, could you use this web site rather than facebook...I'm going to get my son, the genius, to see if he can fix my facebook page when he comes at Thanksgiving, so I'll be down till then.
This is Max or sometimes Max-a-million. 11 month old Doodle. We aren't sure about his parentage (doodle to doodle or poodle to retriever). Got him at 5-1/2 mths for my grandsons and my son decided he was too much so gave him back. We love him. He's a very sweet dog. Spoiled worse than a child.
