A Community of Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Lovers

Monday.. I hear my mom and dad and others complain about Monday's. I am not sure why today was a great day. Dad's back was hurting him so he was resting, which meant that I could out in the yard and try to dig up that one sprinkler. Mom is far more understanding than dad.. hehehehe..

Mom did take me on a nice walk. I met two horses which I found interesting. I barked really low , they were not the least bit impressed. Then we went to see the goats. They were fun to watch. The hardest part of the walk was learning to walk next to mom. I kept getting a little ahead of her and she would stop and I would have to sit and then wait and try again. I was getting it at the end of the walk, so I am sure that tomorrow will be better..

Hope everyone has a great week, I plan too..

Hugs and slobbers,

Wow Harley where do you live on a farm?  Really enjoyed your story.

Hi there, Harley!  When Mommy takes me on my walks we sometimes go to visit 2 llamas that live about a mile from us.  They are in a fence, so I can't get very close, but I sure am fascinated by them...I never saw any other creatures that look like them, they look like they were made up of spare parts!

It's fun meeting those big animals, huh Harley?  I don't know about the goats, I try to talk and they run away soooo fast, then I yell some more "come back come back" but they don't!

Harley, we have a cow we visit on our walk, but he/she (?) is back in the woods behind a fence so we don't get too close. I'm really good about walking with Mommy but Chesney isn't so good and makes Mommy tired. Our plan for this week is more SNOW!

Harley, I like to watch the horses, too.  But Mom says to stay away from the back end of them and for sure don't try to stick your nose near their tails. She makes me wear a thing called a Gentle Leader so I don't walk ahead of her and can't get to the back end of the horses.  Geez, I just wanted to smell them like we doodles smell each other!
