Okay ... I know she has issues with dirt , weeks , leaves ... we do all we can to prevent her from having opportunity to eat that ... but still ... THEN the other day ug ug ug ... she was eating poop !!!!

Well I am not sure if she was eating it because maybe I stopped her before she could ...but she actually picked it up and moved it somewhere else and that is when I caught her ... by the way wasn't her poop was her sister bears poop ! Help ...why ? Is there something I can do to stop her ?

Marie, it would probably surprise you how many dogs have this icky habit. Our first bouvier was like that from a pup. Since discussing it is always so distasteful, we called it "snarfling" which was actually kind of helpful - like "get out there, she's snarfling again!" lol. The only way we had success was to stand there with her every time, in a small area, with the poop, and tell her "no" each time she showed interest in it. I have heard of others using a citronella collar, or a "beeping" (sound) collar, but this was a long time ago when I had 3 small boys and lots of spare time to do snaffle control. (ya right) Good news, she stopped. But I think some dogs grow out of it anyway. I have also heard you need to be more vigilant in winter as there seems to be some appeal from poopsicles (sorry, ick) Good luck with it. Lots on the internet, called coprophagia. You won't find anything under snarfling!

Maybe just picking up the poop right away would be your best option. I've also heard it could be from a vitamin deficiency or nausea, too. Pretty gross.
