Does anybody had this problem with your puppies. He is on grain free food and no chicken either. Today hi had his first grooming and I ask for oatmeal shampoo and conditioner, I hope this work.
Any idea of why this could be happening to him?

Asha has trouble with itching and dry skin, and we've gotten some topical treatments for her, but we also put her on special food that deals with skin and hair issues. She was scratching so much that giant clumps of hair all over the house; unbelievable amounts.  The food we have her on is IAMS Kangaroo formula and it has been 2 weeks and we've seen considerable improvement. It's more expensive but I'd rather see her happy and not be walking around picking up big clumps of hair everywhere and clogging the vacuum every other day!  Maybe try him on a food that deals specifically with skin issues and see if it helps! :)

Sorry Carla, can't help you there.  I was just going to suggest oatmeal shampoo, but I see you already have that under control.

"The Stuff" feels so soft and silky on Picco! It's cut his bathtime since I didn't have to do the conditioner cycle.  No itching so far......

He loves it and believe or not he's not biting his paws as much anymore and I haven't see him scratch himself either . Thank you very much for your advise and now I'm hopping for his dandruff to disappear too .( sorry if my english is not good sometimes lol)

How did Leo like Missing Link?

Please make sure that you follow the directions on Missing Link. Also we found it best to split the serving between two meals. When we were putting it all in Harrison's morning meal he would plow through it, but then would not eat the evening meal without it.. LOL

Yeah I agree with Kris that he might not have rinsed well enough. I just got "The Stuff" (ordered through Amazon) yesterday and will be trying it out soon!
