Although the rear windows of our Nissan Maxima can roll down only half-way, I learned today that's enough space for Murphie, who some people consider to be a large dog (she weighs almost 65 pounds) to escape. While I was parked for a few minutes in front of a friend's house, Murphie was able to leap out over the half-open rear window & run toward me! Fortunately we were not in a dangerous situation, such as a busy parking lot, but from now on I'll be sure to pay more attention to those rear… Continue

We have a 10 week old Goldendoodle, Maddie. She continues to 'mess' in her kennel, she has just enough room to lay down so I don't think it's the size. Any advise? She also continues to have accidents in the house, even though she may have been outside a few minutes earlier. Any advise?

We found our most precious Schnoodle, Finnegan at Smeraglia. Their website is only beginning. Everything you see is exactly as Smeraglia is; thorough, professional, caring, dedicated and conscientuous. Finnegan is amazing. Put aside for the moment how incredibly beautiful he i, but he is healthy, intelligent, extremely loving and joyful. We have had canine companions all our lives and Finnegan is tops!

I am in LOVE with the Doodles and can't wait to get ours, but I am really nervous about buying a doodle over the internet.
I found a breeder Smeraglia Kennel who has a great website and beautiful picture of parents. They also do all of the genetic and health checks. They look great.
I have been researching the internet and it is making me very vervous about internet puppy buying in general. We have a 6 year old son who would be devistated if we get a new puppy… Continue

We bought a f1 standard goldendoodle in July. We loved him at first sight. We have had people tell us he does not look like a golden doodle. He is 6 months old now. And still so wonderful.

My family and I, my wife and three daughters, we be taking in a 1 year old Goldendoodle named Daisy. She will be our second dog, our first is a black cockapoo name Blackie ,who is 7 years old. It has been a trying experience with a puppy that wants to play, and a dog who wants to be left alone. Daisy is starting to learn her bounderies with Blackie little by little.

Kodiak will be 10 months old the 6th of November. What a character. I couldnt have asked for a better puppy. He is a definite ham, love to have his picture taken. Well hello everyone! It's been a while since we blogged. I am older now. I turned a year old last week.
This past year my mom learned that vegetables are one of my favourite treats. I especially like brocolli stumps. She has also learned that I don't eat them with the peel on. Only peeled. Sorry mumzie, to make you do all that work. Anyway, brocolli stumps and red peppers are my favourite, but for some reason I spit out carrots. Is there anyone else out there who eats veggies?… Continue
