I came across this Jolly Egg that seems to be quite indestructible and entertaining. I am considering buying one but wanted some input.
Have any of you purchased this item for your Doodle? I have read that large mouth dogs i.e. Pit Bulls and Bull Dogs can destroy them but those with a smaller mouth don't seem able.
They are not available in Canada and the shipping is more than the product but if they work I am willing to try it. Or find a friend in the states willing to buy and…Continue
So I got in trouble AGAIN! Mommy had just been brushing and combing me for 30 minutes and was getting ready to go teach her night class and saw on the ray-dar that we had a big rain coming, so she thought she'd let me out real quick 'fore it started. But when I got out in the back yard, all of a sudden it was like bein' in my pool, 'cause it started rainin' so hard! Oh, what fun! I got the major zoomies and Mommy was hollerin' for me to get in out of the wet, but NO WAY! So she's…Continue
It has been a while since I’ve written on my blog, but I know that Mommy has kept in touch and she’s been showing me and Daddy the photos of all the new friends and cousins that have joined the Doodle community. She showed me Sunny’s alpaca puppies and turkey puppies and other puppies that live in his farm and it’s pawsome! Also, everyone’s Christmas photos and I know that she shared with you my New Year’s resolutions! So far I’m doing…Continue
Husband and Dog Missing!
Reward for Dog!
I'm sure you all feel the same way about your doodles, but I can't stop laughing watching Finnegan. He is like a bull in a china shop with his size and that tail that goes a mile a minute!! The other day he was in his crate and all you could see was his tail coming up waging like crazy out the top of the crate. I have never had a dog that has had this comical, adorable personality. Even if he gets in trouble, I can't stay mad at him because he just makes me laugh. Anyway, loving life…Continue
I am so amazed at how far cuddles has come in the past couple weeks that I have had her home. I may not of told you before but cuddles was also in service dog training and more eager to learn some of the tasks that Mercy was not as eager to learn. When I picked her up the other day and found that she was so afraid of people I honestly did not think she was going to make a good service dog but have decided to start taking her out some to see how she did and in the past two days we have…Continue
I am a year old now and weigh 34.6 lbs. Mommy says she's only going to weigh me once a month from now on, so unless we see big changes, we're through with our growth chart. I am a mini golden-doodle (not the littlest kind, but next to littlest). I look big 'cause I'm so fluffy and people are always surprised that my Mommy can pick me up so easily. I am tall (20 inches at shoulder) and skinny and can reach stuff at the back of Mommy's counter if I use my paws (which I like to do!). But…Continue
Hey all. I am thinking about changing Monty's puppy food and I was wondering what kind of food you all feed your doodles, and why? Thanks!
About 3 weeks ago, we lost our 5 year old golden-doodle to limphoma. We are going to be moving into a new house in May, and I really want to bring home a golden doodle at the end of Summer. After having Jack for 5 years, we know that we will always have a golden doodle. If anyone has resources for us to start our search we would greatly appreciate it!

Today I am one year old and Mommy and Aunt Cheryl made me a birthday party at the farm! First we played ball and went for a long walk and then I had a pepperoni bread cake with mashed potato icing (I'd never had mashed taters afore and I LOVED 'em.) Merle and Sophie came to my party, but Ginger got there late, cause she was doing her rounds on the farm. Eddie couldn't come 'cause Mom says he's got soshul ajustment problems, but he got cake and a party hat (he didn't really want the hat,…Continue
I have been very good with keeping up with Bogey's brushing and combing. However, as of lately now that he has his adult hair, it's been very difficult to keep up with. When he was 6 months old, even though his hair was longer, it was easier to brush and comb. Now as he approaches adulthood, his hair has gotten curlier and rougher. Even when their's no knots or matting, a brush or comb doesn't go through it smoothly like it use too. I've tried a few different combs and it's definitely…Continue
