I am looking into getting a medium or mini goldendoodle. I’ve never had a dog before but been around doodles before and love them. I am wondering if anyone has had any experience with puppyspot.com, thoughts, comments, concerns?
Also male vs female? Not sure it matters but what do you all think?
Good morning/day to all :)
I was wondering please if someone can help by answering a question for me my Goldendoodle girl Kali has had a dry nose for awhile and been drinking lots of water and my intuition is telling me something is off because if I remember correctly dogs nose should always be moist and if its not something is up...
I am making an appointment for her to go to vets to get some tests done she is only 5 years old and slightly over weight I have…Continue
Help please. We have a 10 week old f1 Goldendoodle. When we brought her home she was super sweet and this past week she has begun to sound almost vicious when picked up. This usually happens if we are trying to take her outside to go potty or she’s outside and we are trying to bring her in. I do not want her to bite my daughter, or anyone else for that matter. Any suggestions why she is doing this and how we can curb this behavior?
WOW! Can't believe how many new members in one day. We would like to welcome you all. You will love this community. Fun and informative.

Hey there, I am new to the site and enjoying looking around and seeing other cute puppy pics. I just got my f1b goldendoodle 4 days ago. He’s 9 weeks old and his name is Niko. I’m so excited to watch him grow and change. His mom is a smoothcoat goldendoodle and his dad is poodle. I’d love to hear what you guys think he will look like. I was really hoping for a wavy shaggy coat but not sure he’s going to end up looking like that. Regardless he’s the sweetest puppy. …Continue

Hello, we are looking to get a Goldendoodle from Brooksville acres in brooksville, fl. We have Max, a perfect F1, from them back in 2007. They are breeding F2s now. Anyone have any experience with this breeder? Thanks!
My Husband and I have an 11 month old F1 Goldendoodle named Lily. She has been a dream. Aside from a few accidents in the house, she's been easy to potty train, knows how to sit and lay down and walks on the leash without any problems. We love her to pieces. The only problem we are having with her is leaving her in the crate. She has severe anxiety, and we notice that when we come back home and let her out, her paws are wet (presumably from licking them, or from her saliva) and her little…Continue
Cheyenne is really having problems getting into the car using the ramp that he has been doing. He does not have any problem with the stairs in the house so I'm interested in getting some folding ones for 85 lb big guy. Would like the folding ones so I can use them in the house too. Any suggestions. So hard to see him in pain even with the meds he is on.
If the grandparents of a puppy were F1-B will the puppy not shed? I know that if the parents are F1-B it won't but don't know about second generation. Thanks in advance for the help.
We are living in Chicago and got our Goldendoodle (Named him Goldie) from Michigan 3 weeks back. Mom and Dad are their family pet and this was their second litter. He is now 11 weeks old, so sweet, playful and healthy. We love him specially my 11 years daughers and 15 years son.
Got vet checked at PetCo and everything is normal. We started his basic training last week at Pets Mart.
Love this Goldendoodle community, has lots of good information. Anyone in this group lives in…Continue
My Cheyenne is 14 years old and still doing pretty good.
Cheyenne has been a therapy dog for the past 8 years but is now retired, plus service dog for my husband for the past 4 years. These Doodles love to work don't they?
His does show some problems with his hips so he is on a good diet for weight, and is on GABAPENTIN 100 MG twice a day plus fish oil and Synovial support supplements
he spends lots of time on his pillow by the sunny window, Still wants to go for…Continue
Hey everyone! I have an 8 month old doodle named Maggie who we have trouble with on and off with behavior, but nothing terrible. The last problem we had was that she would have out of control night time behavior, nipping and clawing and such, which has been completely resolved thanks to Jo Bill’s wonderful advice of giving her a bedtime. We now put her to bed at 9:00, and we havent had a single problem in weeks! So, Im coming back to this trusted source because today we had an awful…Continue
Hi all, our 6 month old goldendoodle, Oscar, has chronic diarrhea since forever. I want to preface this by saying he has an excellent appetite, is very active and does not seem ill in any way, other than this.
We initially tried some home remedies such as white rice and boiled chicken, canned pumpkin and other home remedies, which helped for one or two poops but then he would go back to having diarrhea. We had told the veterinarian about it, and about 2 weeks ago we took him to…Continue

Did anyone’s Goldendoodle she’d their puppy coat if so when? My puppy seems to be shedding a lot for a doodle and while I realize I run the risk of shedding I thought it would be minimal. He tends to pull a lot of the retriever look so I’m wondering if I’m going to get a lot of the retriever shedding as well. The vet said it may just be him shedding his puppy coat but he’s only 9 weeks old and I though that seemed a little early to be going through that. At what age can I get an idea of what…Continue
Ok Gang .... we couldn't take it anymore. We miss Gizmo so much. Our house is quiet and HUGE without him. He wasn't noisy and he wasn't too big for our house ... he just "was".
So, we found a breeder about 2 hours away from us in Michigan. It is Heart of Goldendoodles. They are having a litter of F1b Goldendoodles in a couple weeks. We are 3rd on the list to pick and our doodle will come home around the…Continue
