Our pup will be 12 weeks when we go camping for a week, we have a camper and a private campsite, I plan to put a tarp on the ground and our potty is a boot tray that he is currently using, he can play in the camper with us but for outdoor play and pottying use the tarp and fence we plan to set up. Carry him everywhere else ... After our week of camping we leave immediately from there and head to beach for a week, we rented a house that is open to dogs, the lady said her dogs are fully… Continue

Reason for Go Fund Me Page for Goldendoodle

Sorry....I'm doing this on my phone and don't know how to edit. So this goes with the other post.

Curly had to have surgery to remove a tumor the size of a grapefruit from his lungs. The surgeon said since he didn’t have any other issues that it would be ok to do. So we proceeded and they removed it and everything seemed to be going well last week. We had to take him back to the hospital Sunday for breathing issues and he had air trapped in his chest cavity so they tapped him.… Continue

Go Fund Me Page for Goldendoodle

Not my dog. A friend asked if I would pass this on. If its not allowed, please let me know and I will remove it.

This is the link for it - it can be copied into a post. I have been posting updates there. We raised $1600 so far but that had to go to his hospital trip Sunday ($900) night and the vet bill yesterday. Csaba said he ate some today a bit and isn’t throwing up today so that’s good.… Continue

New puppy

Our new baby will be coming home next week. Any suggestions or helpful tips we should follow right away? We do plan on crate training and having him sleep in his crate, in our room. Any certain products, toys, must have gadgets?

Meet Herschel!

My name is Herschel! My humans chose my name because they are die hard Georgia fans and loved Herschel Walker. I am an F1b standard Golden doodle.

I am scared of the broom, vacuums. I love swimming and running with my momma. I live in Naples and would love to meet some other Golden doodles near me!

One thing I can share with those of us who have the older GoldenDoddle is how to keep those teeth young and healthy...   I purchase knuckle bones by the box load.  I started giving these to Izzi about 2.5 years of age..   Last vet check up, she made a comment about her beautiful healthy teeth...   Izzi will be 8 this coming fall.   Remember also the…

Meet Remi!

Hello, I am new to the community and very anxious to pick up my new fur baby, Remi, next week. Wondering if those of you who have raised Goldendoodles have any advice on potty training, what toys are best for them, do's and don't, or anything I should know in advance with this breed. We raised Bichons for awhile, and have had yorkies, but this is my first Goldendoodle. Any advice would be very appreciated.

Meet Murphy!

Luke is a 2nd Generation goldendoodle. His hair is a mix of poodle ( his legs, chest and head), and golden retriever. I would like an advice of which could be a good clipper for his type of hair. They're really expensive, and I don't want to spend money only "trying" a new one. I want to learn how to grooming him by  myself. Thank you in advance for the recommendations.

I am looking into getting a medium or mini goldendoodle. I’ve never had a dog before but been around doodles before and love them. I am wondering if anyone has had any experience with, thoughts, comments, concerns?

Also male vs female? Not sure it matters but what do you all think?

Growling and nipping help

Help please. We have a 10 week old f1 Goldendoodle. When we brought her home she was super sweet and this past week she has begun to sound almost vicious when picked up. This usually happens if we are trying to take her outside to go potty or she’s outside and we are trying to bring her in. I do not want her to bite my daughter, or anyone else for that matter. Any suggestions why she is doing this and how we can curb this behavior?

Hello from me and my doodle!

Hey there, I am new to the site and enjoying looking around and seeing other cute puppy pics. I just got my f1b goldendoodle 4 days ago. He’s 9 weeks old and his name is Niko. I’m so excited to watch him grow and change. His mom is a smoothcoat goldendoodle and his dad is poodle. I’d love to hear what you guys think he will look like. I was really hoping for a wavy shaggy coat but not sure he’s going to end up looking like that. Regardless he’s the sweetest puppy. …

Crate Anxiety - Need Advice

My Husband and I have an 11 month old F1 Goldendoodle named Lily. She has been a dream. Aside from a few accidents in the house, she's been easy to potty train, knows how to sit and lay down and walks on the leash without any problems. We love her to pieces. The only problem we are having with her is leaving her in the crate. She has severe anxiety, and we notice that when we come back home and let her out, her paws are wet (presumably from licking them, or from her saliva) and her little…

need stairs

Cheyenne is really having problems getting into the car using the ramp that he has been doing.  He does not have any problem with the stairs in the house so I'm interested in getting some folding ones for 85 lb big guy.  Would like the folding ones so I can use them in the house too.  Any suggestions.  So hard to see him in pain even with the meds he is on.
