Our new baby will be coming home next week. Any suggestions or helpful tips we should follow right away? We do plan on crate training and having him sleep in his crate, in our room. Any certain products, toys, must have gadgets?
My name is Herschel! My humans chose my name because they are die hard Georgia fans and loved Herschel Walker. I am an F1b standard Golden doodle.
I am scared of the broom, vacuums. I love swimming and running with my momma. I live in Naples and would love to meet some other Golden doodles near me!
Looking for suggestions on no pull harnesses. Our goldendoodle is nine months old. Having trouble with pulling when out for walks.
Please share all your stories, trials and success... That is the way the community expands... and you make close internet friends...
One thing I can share with those of us who have the older GoldenDoddle is how to keep those teeth young and healthy... I purchase knuckle bones by the box load. I started giving these to Izzi about 2.5 years of age.. Last vet check up, she made a comment about her beautiful healthy teeth... Izzi will be 8 this coming fall. Remember also the…Continue
Hello, I am new to the community and very anxious to pick up my new fur baby, Remi, next week. Wondering if those of you who have raised Goldendoodles have any advice on potty training, what toys are best for them, do's and don't, or anything I should know in advance with this breed. We raised Bichons for awhile, and have had yorkies, but this is my first Goldendoodle. Any advice would be very appreciated.
Well, we FINALLY was able to bring our new fur-baby home. He is an F1b Goldendoodle - Dad is a Goldendoodle, Mom is a Poodle. We named him Murphy. He is sweet, playful and very smart. He is a lover puppy. …Continue
Luke is a 2nd Generation goldendoodle. His hair is a mix of poodle ( his legs, chest and head), and golden retriever. I would like an advice of which could be a good clipper for his type of hair. They're really expensive, and I don't want to spend money only "trying" a new one. I want to learn how to grooming him by myself. Thank you in advance for the recommendations.
I am looking into getting a medium or mini goldendoodle. I’ve never had a dog before but been around doodles before and love them. I am wondering if anyone has had any experience with puppyspot.com, thoughts, comments, concerns?
Also male vs female? Not sure it matters but what do you all think?
Good morning/day to all :)
I was wondering please if someone can help by answering a question for me my Goldendoodle girl Kali has had a dry nose for awhile and been drinking lots of water and my intuition is telling me something is off because if I remember correctly dogs nose should always be moist and if its not something is up...
I am making an appointment for her to go to vets to get some tests done she is only 5 years old and slightly over weight I have…Continue
Help please. We have a 10 week old f1 Goldendoodle. When we brought her home she was super sweet and this past week she has begun to sound almost vicious when picked up. This usually happens if we are trying to take her outside to go potty or she’s outside and we are trying to bring her in. I do not want her to bite my daughter, or anyone else for that matter. Any suggestions why she is doing this and how we can curb this behavior?
WOW! Can't believe how many new members in one day. We would like to welcome you all. You will love this community. Fun and informative.

Hey there, I am new to the site and enjoying looking around and seeing other cute puppy pics. I just got my f1b goldendoodle 4 days ago. He’s 9 weeks old and his name is Niko. I’m so excited to watch him grow and change. His mom is a smoothcoat goldendoodle and his dad is poodle. I’d love to hear what you guys think he will look like. I was really hoping for a wavy shaggy coat but not sure he’s going to end up looking like that. Regardless he’s the sweetest puppy. …Continue

Hello, we are looking to get a Goldendoodle from Brooksville acres in brooksville, fl. We have Max, a perfect F1, from them back in 2007. They are breeding F2s now. Anyone have any experience with this breeder? Thanks!
My Husband and I have an 11 month old F1 Goldendoodle named Lily. She has been a dream. Aside from a few accidents in the house, she's been easy to potty train, knows how to sit and lay down and walks on the leash without any problems. We love her to pieces. The only problem we are having with her is leaving her in the crate. She has severe anxiety, and we notice that when we come back home and let her out, her paws are wet (presumably from licking them, or from her saliva) and her little…Continue
Cheyenne is really having problems getting into the car using the ramp that he has been doing. He does not have any problem with the stairs in the house so I'm interested in getting some folding ones for 85 lb big guy. Would like the folding ones so I can use them in the house too. Any suggestions. So hard to see him in pain even with the meds he is on.
