Just love hearing everyones funny storys. Here is one of mine:

I was at work one evening, as were my two roomates, who I also work with. We were all there for nine hours so I had asked my dad to stop by my house and spend some time with Marley, let him out and feed him.

Around ten o'clock I recieve a call at work from my mom. She told me she just got a call from my house number and the person on the line was just breathing very heavily. My roomates were at work with me…

Hi everyone,

I was very glad to stumble upon this site as I was looking for a place for friendly exchange of stories, pctures and info with other doodle owners.

I have a goldendoodle named Marley. No,he was not named after Marley and Me. I got him in the summer, almost three years ago now, and didnt really know what to name him. I was listening to alot of Bob Marley at the time, and since my puppy's personality was so chill and relaxed I thought Marley was…

HI! Naasha! Thanks for the comment! Clover has really grown - had her groomed and took off all of that uneven hair she had! She sure doesn't have a good coat and hopefully tis trim will help out as it grows back in! She is a pretty good girl, except for when someone comes and she goes crazy and I don't know how to stop it! If I put her in the kennel she yips!!! She has a cute face, but still doesn't look like al of the doods on here!!! I love her, but I will always be disappointed that I didn't end up with what I wanted!!! I should have shopped around more, but these prices were more what I could afford!!! Oh! WEll! She is a good girl and VERY loving and playful and funny at times!!! Feeling bad she has to be in the kennel for awhile today as I have to be gone for a few hours and it is too hot to take her and leave her in the car for even a few minutes!!! Hope all is well with you!!! :-)))

HI! Natasha! How are you doing? And how is Marley? Clover is doing better - the potty training is coming along - it sure all depends on me 'cause she just is real laid back about it! She weighs 24 1/2 pounds now and is eating much better - her coat is looking somewhat better - the vet was pleased because she sure did not look good when I got her! Never again woud I purchase a pup sight unseen!!! themain problem I have now is tht when we eat and I put her in her kennel she will not stop yipping and barking!!! Is causing problems here!!! I have read to ignore it, but we about go crazy!!! She is a pretty good girl, though! "-)

Hi Natasha, Marley is a big boy....more than twice Gracie's size :) She is considered a mini doodle. She weighs 35lbs. and is about 20 inches tall. Her mother is a 52lb.standard goldendoodle and her father is a 13lb. minature poodle. I love the look of the standard doodles but my husband didn't want a big indoor dog so I settled for a Mini and she turned out to be a good size for us. She is pretty high energy so if she was any bigger I think I would have my hands full.(she's enough ha ha) Have a great holiday. Looking forward to seeing your photos when you return. Bye for now. Hi Natasha, thanks for all the comments. We just love our little Gracie. It is too cute about having the same bowls. I actually have the green with blue inside and use it for her water and the other for her food. And the photo of her with my husband on the dock is at Moose Mountain Provincial Park our little oasis in the middle of Saskatchewan. We have a cottage there so spend lots of the summer there. Gracie is not too crazy about going in the lake but loves water other ways...sprinkler, pool, puddles. I love how you named Marley, cute. He is obviously a standard? How big is he? Looks handsome! And your phone story is too funny. Gracie actually called our daughter in Minneapolis one day too. She called and wondered if I was trying to reach her because it was my number but when she answered all she could hear was a "crunch, crunch" sound. And earlier that day I had to take my cell phone away from Gracie who was carring it around in her mouth but it was all closed up so I didn't think anything more of it.We had a good chuckle and our daughter was sure she was just wanting to talk with her big sister :) Yes Doodles can bring much fun into our lives!! Let's keep in touch. Doodles Hugs to you and Marley from Laura and Gracie

I do love Clover's ears! I always tell her her ears are very pretty!!! She just came in from outside with a rock in her mouth(gravel from the driveway) AGAIN!!! I watch every move she makes coming across there and I swear I don't see her pick up the rock! We get in the house and I hear a noise and realize I didn't just give her an ice cube so it must be another rock!!! I tell her she is a sly ittle thing!!! :-)))))

Thanks for the comment! I have been having a time with her! She is good and lovey, but to me she sure doesn't look like a 'Dood'!!! I really hope she ends up looking like all of the others I am seeing! She is pretty good except for the potty stuff - I take her out alot, but she will still stop and just pee on the floor!!! UGH!!! She is mostly a very good little girl and sure does follow me around which is okay with me!! How is Marley? Sure is a cute dood!!!

My husband does all the photos, He uses a Cannon, For all the action shots he uses a sports lense. Most of the time he just takes pictures of the boys doing whatever they do. It's almost impossible to make them pose for a picture.

Natasha - She is getting a little better to not run from me! Our son's boxer has been here and it has helped for Clover to follow her out the door I think! I just think we are doing great potty-wise and just now she just stopped and peed on the rug!!! I give her treats to go potty, to go in the kennel and I was giving her treats to come out of the kennel! She is better with that now! I have to remember that she only 11 weeks old, though! How is Marley? Love to see his pics!!! He looks like my Dood that I had a year ago!!! Have a great weekend!!! Good to hear from you!!!
