Good for you. I stopped smoking in February 2013. Now I can afford having two dogs. It is my reward.

Congratulations!! It is hard to do. I gave them up cold turkey 45 years ago. I was so sick, I vowed never to start again so I would never have to go thru stopping again!

So happy for you, it's been 31 years now for me.   Please be careful not to fall for the, "this has been such a difficult time I deserve a cigarette" deception.  I have seen that thinking re-capture so many people.  Run from it, tell yourself, "It's my enemy, I must put as much distance as I can between myself and this beast".
