Transitioning Molly to sleep in a portable bed at night. My daughter can't sleep with Molly in their room because her nails clicking on the laminate at night when she changes sleeping places wakes Michal. When she gets used to being closed in this for the night she'll be able to sleep in their room again. For now she sleeps with me I don't hear her.
I plan to gradually get her used to being closed in it at night.
I'm pleased to have just found her sleeping in it of her own accord --mind you the door and roof were both open... but it's a good start.

Molly sleeps in my daughter's room both in and out of the bed.  She did great in it when I took it and her down to my Daughter's place in Seattle.

Yes, I caught her in it again of her own accord.  She often just sleeps on the floor beside it, so seeing her choose to go inside to sleep is encouraging.

technical difficulties, I heard her rub her claws on the canvas when she moved around a couple times last night.  It sounds much like a zipper opening.  That may be as much a problem as her nails clicking on the floor.   I'm still thinking it's worth having her learn to claim it as her bed, when we go down to my other daughter's place in Seattle she'll be able to have her bed with her.

It's a good sign that you found Molly sleeping in it on her own. Eventually they look at it as their place so I'm sure Molly will adjust quickly!
