I've heard the way to calculate what your mini or petite doodle size will be is to add both parents weight then divide by two for an average?  Have you heard this?  Or found it to be true (or false).

Oh I don't think that's really how it works, even for Minis.

There is a growth chart at: http://goldendoodles.com/care/growth_chart.htm

And the general estimate (also mentioned on that page) is to take the pup's weight at 4 months, multiply x 2, and add up to 10 pounds.  For minis - it's more like add 5 pounds at most.
